Similar to some coffee producers in india who are doing farm to cup, this producer from thailand has their own farm, processing mill and roastery. Presenting Thepsadej region, Chiang Mai coffee grown, roasted and processed by Doiwhan Farmer from Chiang Mai. The Dry Yeast process, is a unique processing method in thailand where the cherries are placed on raised beds, and yeast is sprinkled on the cherries as they slowly dry in the shade. This produces an extremely complex flavour of the coffee and this coffee has the following notes: Gooseberry ( amla) , Pomelo , Dried Berries , Fermented wine and Light Body.
