Adamatize Roaster is a women owned roastery in Chiang Rai, and they have exceptional relationships with farmers. Hence they are able to source lots which no other roaster in thailand can. This Indonesian Gayo Varietal has been specially grown in Thailand as a part of the coffee varietal expansion project.
