Coffee sourced from Award winning Q processor and Founder of Baristaneer Academy in Chiang Mai, Mr Noom Weeravit This special coffee from Omkoi farm in Chiang Mai was processed as a Honey with Lactobacillus to achieve the follwing flavour notes: Salted Caramel, Mango, Banana, Maple Syrup The Lactic Honey fermentation creates a very unique texture to the cup profile aand it makes the mango and banana tropical notes stand out.
