Bringing to you #2 of the Thai coffwee festival special lots! This Co2 Processed Castillo from Columbia was an instant selection when we smelled the aroma on the cupping table. Intense Peach florals, Lychee sweetness and insane white peach juice acidity. Based on the feedback Hafta received from our customers, we have roasted this coffee to have more heavier body, an incredible Peach & Litchi aroma, followed with a sweetness of White peach and Rose. This is part of the special coffee selected, profiled and roasted in the Thai coffee festival itself. It also marks the two year anniversary of the Hafta x KC Coffee collaboration.
